The handmade beads I use are known as lampwork beads. Each bead is handcrafted by talented glass artists over a flame using glass rods in various colours. The beads are then kiln annealed for strength and durability. They are then ready to make into jewellery or 'wearable art'.

Karen Hill Tribe silver is 99.5% pure fine silver (sterling silver is 92.5% pure) and is handmade by craftsmen. Each piece is therefore unique.
